2008--A Review
Started looking for a house in Salt Lake.
Applied for jobs we thought we wanted.
Didn't get jobs. Didn't find a house.
Put our things in storage.
Moved in with Mom and Dad Hall.
Applied for more jobs.
Got one that was better than the first ones we thought we wanted.
After seven long years of the night shift, (allowing for a degree and other investments) Duran quit the State Hospital. Hurray!
Went on a family vacation.
Started a new job.
Welcomed Naomi Lucas into our growing family.
Stayed in the hospital longer than normal because of complications.
Went home. Didn't get better. More medicine. Long recovery.
Found a house.
Started remodeling. Still remodeling. Will be done remodeling soon.
Laughed a lot. Cried a lot. Spent a lot of money.
Have a great looking place in a great neighborhood. Hope to have great returns on investment.
Living in Salt Lake. Duran loves his job. Elizabeth is happy he's happy.
Allie is four. Asher is one. Naomi is nine months.
Need another family vacation.
Happy to be finishing up the year. Excited for what will come.
Lots of things to improve on. Lots of things to be thankful for.
Hopeful that 2009 will be calmer, not counting on it.

That was a busy year. We could almost always use a family vacation. And a vacation to recover from the vacation.
