New house

Hi. It's been a while so I thought I'd catch everyone up on our plans. We put on offer on a property in Salt Lake that was accepted. We hope to close on it the fourth of August. It's a four-plex on Capital Hill. It needs some updating, but it will be really nice when we're done. We'll send out the new address as we get closer to moving. Don't write our address down in pen because we'll most likely move again in a year or two, but we hope to be there as long as we can make it work for us. Our current plan is to stay in Salt Lake at least until Duran can finish a Master's degree and then see where work takes us. Hope everyone's summer is going well!
