Waiting for the baby

I thought it was about time to pay attention to my severly neglected blog. It gives me something to do while waiting for the baby. Maybe this will make it easier to share photos without overloading your email. I have a bed scheduled for the 14th if the baby still isn't here. I'm hoping for sooner and I'll accept any suggestions on how to move things along. Today I tried a long, uphill walk but all it seems to have accomplished is to make me more tired and grumpy while making people who see me nervous. Maybe tomorrow I'll hunt down a trampoline : )

Duran is officially finished at the State Hospital and has started his new job with Salt Lake City. It is so nice for him not to be working nights, but it is an adjustment--he's worked nights for seven years, all but six months of our marriage (although the last year it's only been part-time) --I'm learning that we are both sheet hogs but Duran is superior at the "grab and roll" maneuver. However, I have him beat at pillow snatching and all other mischieviousness.

He is really enjoying his job but we will be so glad when we are settled closer and the commute isn't as long. Hopefully we will have a new place by the summer but it really depends on what happens with the little red Provo house--if we keep renting it out or sell it.
